"The visual part of it was most important," Holt emphasized. "The jury needs to understand the before and after. This type of calendar helps with that."
Using the calendar view allowed Holt to visually and factually tell the story to the jury of how his client had over 200 medical visits after the incident they were involved in, which wasn’t even comparable to the few visits the client had in the 10 years prior.
The clear, chronological format allowed him to highlight significant medical events, providing a comprehensive overview that supported his arguments.

Ultimately, it was Holt's ability to present a cohesive, well-documented medical narrative that significantly contributed to securing a $10 million verdict.
